Pokud se budeme sna\u017eit cokoliv zm\u011bnit, nebude to pro n\u00e1s p\u0159irozen\u00e9 a mus\u00edme se to jednodu\u0161e nau\u010dit. Je n\u00e1m vcelku jasn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee zachr\u00e1nit pouze vytrvalost, pe\u010dlivost, d\u016fslednost a ob\u010das i to po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b napomenut\u00ed.Ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 pomohou  Z\u00e1kladem je se do hubnut\u00ed nevrhat bezhlav\u011b.
