V \u010dem tedy v\u011bz\u00ed probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 na\u0161emu vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu nedovoluj\u00ed posun vp\u0159ed?&#13; Je nesmysl svalovat vinu pouze na jednu slo\u017eku syst\u00e9mu, jako t\u0159eba na dne\u0161n\u00ed d\u011bti a jejich nechu\u0165 se u\u010dit. Probl\u00e9my jsou zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011bny v\u0161emi slo\u017ekami, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed vliv, tedy jak \u017e\u00e1ci, tak u\u010ditel\u00e9, ale i samotn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost.&#13; &#13; 1. Co se u\u010ditel\u016f t\u00fd\u010de, rozhodn\u011b nelze pau\u0161alizovat, nebo\u0165 jejich kvalita se li\u0161\u00ed nehled\u011b na v\u011bk, nebo zku\u0161enosti. U mlad\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f je v\u011bt\u0161inou probl\u00e9m, \u017ee nedok\u00e1\u017eou spr\u00e1vn\u011b odhadnout mno\u017estv\u00ed l\u00e1tky a jejich n\u00e1ro\u010dnost pro \u017e\u00e1ky ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch t\u0159\u00edd. Naopak u star\u0161\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f se velmi \u010dasto setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s takzvan\u00fdm &#8222;syndromem vyho\u0159en\u00ed&#8220;. Takov\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 berou svou pr\u00e1ci jako rutinu, ani\u017e by se nad\u00e1le vzd\u011bl\u00e1vali a brali ohled na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, nebo zm\u011bny v u\u010debn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu.&#13; &#13; 2. Samotn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci jsou pak takov\u00fdmi u\u010diteli demotivov\u00e1ni a u\u010debn\u00ed l\u00e1tka je pro n\u011b jen nutn\u00fdm zlem, kterou pou\u0161t\u00ed jedn\u00edm uchem tam a druh\u00fdm ven. Nen\u00ed se \u010demu divit, \u017ee kdy\u017e nen\u00ed u\u010ditel schopen \u017e\u00e1ka zaujmout, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm co se mlad\u0161\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f t\u00fd\u010de, je jejich pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e pasivn\u00ed a vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed si jin\u00e9 aktivity.&#13; &#13; 3. Na vin\u011b mohou b\u00fdt i rodi\u010de \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed spol\u00e9haj\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b na u\u010ditele. P\u0159enech\u00e1vaj\u00ed mu ve\u0161kerou zodpov\u011bdnost za vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte a sami neprojevuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1jem, nebo iniciativu.
