Kolik \u010dasu t\u00fddn\u011b jsme ochotni mu ob\u011btovat, a to v\u010detn\u011b doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, pokud je pot\u0159eba? N\u011bkter\u00e1 sportovn\u00ed odv\u011btv\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tr\u00e9ninky ne\u017e jin\u00e1. Na n\u011b bychom pak nem\u011bli p\u0159ij\u00edt tot\u00e1ln\u011b unaven\u00ed z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce.\u00a0Pak jsou tu tak\u00e9 na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Mnoho lid\u00ed m\u00e1 nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdm jsou pro n\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 sporty nevhodn\u00e9, nebo dokonce nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Pokud tedy m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd takov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, je vhodn\u00e9 poradit se nejprve s\u00a0l\u00e9ka\u0159em, zda je pro v\u00e1s bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vat ten kter\u00fd sport.\u00a0\u00a0Zamyslet je se nutn\u00e9 tak\u00e9 nad t\u00edm, \u010deho zde vlastn\u011b chceme dos\u00e1hnout. Sta\u010d\u00ed se n\u00e1m jen rekrea\u010dn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148, nebo se chceme z\u00fa\u010dastnit sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed? A pokud ano, sn\u00edme o okresn\u00edch kolech, st\u00e1tn\u00edch, nebo dokonce o n\u011b\u010dem v\u00edc? Podle toho je pot\u0159eba si organizovat tr\u00e9ninky.\u00a0V\u017edy je v\u0161ak dobr\u00e9 pamatovat, \u017ee a\u0165 u\u017e se v\u011bnujete jak\u00e9mukoliv sportu a na jak\u00e9koliv \u00farovni, v\u017edy d\u011bl\u00e1te n\u011bco pro sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. A to u\u017e v\u00e1m nikdo neodp\u00e1\u0159e.
